Principles of Graphic Facilitation

I'm very happy to announce that I've entered into an exclusive partnership with The Grove Consultants International, the same organization where I first learned visual facilitation more than fifteen years ago. I'll be delivering their premiere workshop, Principles of Graphic Facilitation.

PGF is the foundation of the practice of facilitating meetings using visuals. I'll show you how to facilitate groups and support their work using large-scale graphic displays.

​The workshop is three days of hands-on practice with the fundamentals of graphic recording, the essentials of visual facilitation methods, and the combination of the two as you practice graphic facilitation in small-groups. You will learn how to translate ideas into imagery, plan and create large-format displays, record dialogue in real time, and lead groups through processes toward their goals.

The two in-person runnings are April 17-19, 2024 in Tysons, VA and July 26-28, 2024 in Montclair, NJ. The Montclair workshop is immediately before the International Forum of Visual Practitioners' annual conference, also taking place in Montclair.
