Refiner: I Like, I Wish, What If?
Design feedback is intended to shape one's thinking and approaches. After individuals present their concepts, encourage others to frame their feedback using "I like, I wish, what if?"
"I like how this takes each stakeholder's needs into account."
"I wish there was something more here that addressed risk mitigation."
"What if there was a training component that went along with this?"
The hard part is having individuals simply listen quietly to the feedback and NOT defend themselves. Feedback is a gift. If someone is sharing feedback, they are sharing a lens on how others will perceive the concept, too.
